Do you support NDIA-managed participants?
Yes — we support NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants. Please note that My Aged Care package participants are not covered under the NDIS and, as a result, unfortunately fall outside our service eligibility.

Can you support people in remote or regional areas?
Absolutely. We offer phone, online, and outreach support where possible.

Can you help during crises or major life changes?
Yes — especially through Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3).

Can you work with my existing providers?
Yes. We collaborate with all your supports to keep your care consistent and effective.

Do you support children and families?
Yes — we work with participants of all ages.
