About Me

Hi there! I’m Eddie — a father of three, a registered nurse with 15 years of experience, a support coordinator with 2 years in disability services, a carer to my own neurodiverse family, and now a Registered NDIS Specialist Support Coordinator based in Adelaide, South Australia.

With 15 years of experience in nursing and a further 2 years in disability services, I bring both clinical knowledge and deep personal understanding to every participant I support. My approach is grounded in compassion, clarity, and the belief that support should feel cruisy — not stressful.

I’m here to listen, to guide, and to advocate for you every step of the way. For me, this work is personal, and I’m committed to making your NDIS journey lighter, more manageable, and truly empowering.

Cruz Support Coordination was born from lived experience and a genuine understanding of what it means to support NDIS participants and their family members. As a father and husband to neurodivergent loved ones, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges, confusion, and emotional load that many families carry when navigating the NDIS.

My journey in disability support began as a Care Coordinator in a remote regional community, before I was re-allocated to Melbourne to undertake further training and lead the company’s Support Coordination department. Through this work, I witnessed firsthand the cultural, physical, social, and psychological barriers people face every day. These experiences gave me a deeper understanding of the realities individuals with disabilities live with — and a clearer insight into what my own family has been navigating all along. They shaped my belief that everyone deserves support that is patient, respectful, and genuinely centred on their unique needs.
